In recent years the estate agency department has extended its scope to the acquisition and disposal of communal property nationally. Using the web together with national and local publications, we have in the past year, been instructed in sale and purchase in excess of £5million.

Locally we have continued to offer residential properties for sale, charging a commission of 1% plus VAT on any sale offered on behalf of the client on a sole agency basis, and we are willing to make arrangements with other agents on a joint basis.
