The Residential Letting Service offered is thorough and professional, and can be tailored to your needs. We offer three management levels which are outlined below. Caroline Round and Jill Cuss in the residential letting departments are always pleased to discuss specific requirements and are happy to answer any queries you may have. Full Management

The full management option is particularly suited for those clients who live a distance away from their property, or are not able to deal with day to day running problems which may occur. Our service includes:

• Tenant selection
• Taking up references and arranging the Tenancy Agreement
• Accompanied viewing
• Monthly rental statements
• Supervision and organising of maintenance and repairs
• Checking tenants in and out of property
• Routine visits on a six monthly basis, with a written report to landlord

Tenant Finding & Monthly Rental Collection

This option is particularly suited for landlords who live close to their property, and are therefore on hand to deal with problems which may occur. Should there be a hiccup in rent payments our staff will liaise with the tenant, without having to involve yourself. Our service includes:

Tenant Finding Only

We also offer a tenant finding only service. Our service includes:
