The Letting Department is an important section of the business and handles accommodation in all price brackets over a wide area of Dorset and into Somerset.

Commercial

As a firm we concern ourselves with the management and letting of shops, offices and commercial premises together with the preparation of schedules of dilapidations and condition.

We have a large portfolio of managed commercial property and we also manage blocks of flats on behalf of the Freeholders or Residents Association.
