FULL
MANAGEMENT |
The full management option is particularly suited for those clients who live a distance away from their property, or are not able to deal with day to day running problems which may occur. Our service includes: |

Monthly rental statements |

Supervision and organising of maintenance and repairs |

Checking tenants in and out of property |

| This option is particularly suited for landlords who live close to their property, and are therefore on hand to deal with problems which may occur. Should there be a hiccup in rent payments our staff will liaise with the tenant, without having to involve yourself. Our service includes: |
